Experience: We have been practicing since 1972, and we have been actively involved in the legal bankruptcy community since 1987. With over 20 years of experience in Northcentral Pennsylvania, we are known and respected by the legal community here.
Education: Attorney Elliott Weiss has a Master of Laws degree in taxation from New York University. Tax issues are prevalent in bankruptcy and business law matters, and Mr. Weiss has extensive training in tax law. Attorney Elliott Weiss has also been working extensively in the area of oil and gas law, as well as confidently handling estate planning and real estate matters.
Affordability: We do not sell our clients services they do not need. We work with our clients to find a solution that fits within their budget, and we help our bankruptcy clients work out payment plans.
